Vero Beach Estates Cadillac Deville ends up in ditch after not stopping at stop sign.
Friday September 22, 2017: Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a two-car auto accident in Vero Beach. Troopers said that William Utley, 73, failed to stop at a stop sign and struck a GMC Envoy driven by Jamie Scott Caudill.
Mr. Utley’s Cadillac flipped and ended up in a canal on the northeast corner of 83rd Street and 91st Avenue in Vero Beach. He was taken to Homes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne.
The driver and passenger (Starr Caudill), both of Sebastian where treated for injuries at Health First Regional Medical Center in Melbourne.
